Rick Palaia

Chief Revenue Officer

Rick Palaia is the Chief Revenue Officer of SmartSuite, responsible for the global revenue strategy, including the development of a comprehensive GTM plan.  He is focused on optimizing value to our customers and growing the customer base to position SmartSuite ubiquitously with work management.

Prior to SmartSuite, Rick built and led ultra high-performing sales teams across multiple start-ups and mid-large sized companies like LinkedIn and Airtable.  He has a wealth of international experience, having advised customers across 6 continents over the last 14 years, in varied industries, such as no-code development, AI and social media.  A specific passion of Rick's is for introducing NCLC into the Educational system.  His ethos in building teams is to create a culture of trust with empathy, transparency and a deep understanding of data.
