AI track
One AI track across every path
Three statuses, each a short sequence of courses built from the AI features the help center documents today: Field Agents, the Workflow Agent, the AI Control Center and the MCP Server. Seven courses, 420 minutes, 8.4 CPE credits.
Use the AI features: where they show up, Field Agents, an assistant through MCP.
Put agents in workflows: AI administration, Workflow Agents in automations, AI in the GRC suite.
Design agentic solutions: requirements, governance, review points and a capstone workflow.
Status names are working names (Option A); each status carries a program year and renews with the year's lessons. Four more courses join the track as their features ship.

One entry exam, three specialties beside it, a tier above them and a partner credential alongside. Prep is free, retakes are free inside the validity window, and every exam credential renews with a short release-tied exam.

Four steps from sign-up to certified
Short lessons, a knowledge check in each, a ten-question final per course and one exam at the end of the path.

Learn in short lessons
Ten to twenty minutes each, with a knowledge check; stuck, ask about the lesson in the community.
Earn CPE credit
One credit per 50 minutes of instruction; the certificate for each course prints the hours.
Get certified
One paid exam per rung, prep free, retakes free inside the window; the badge shows on your community profile.
Office hours and live classes
Bring the lesson, the screen and the question
Office hours run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday in the community's Events space. Training classes and workshops are added there with RSVP and a calendar link; recordings are posted after.
