Before joining SmartSuite, Eric served as Senior Vice President and Chief Enterprise Architect at PNC Bank, where he led major transformation efforts to modernize core banking platforms across a complex technology landscape. His career also includes senior technology leadership roles at Capital One, CarMax, and Barnes & Noble, where he drove enterprise-scale innovation and modernization.
