As Georgia’s largest cornhole league operator, CornholeATL was managing over 60 cornhole and bocce leagues per season with more than 4,000 active players. Behind the scenes, however, the operation had become increasingly chaotic. The team relied on a patchwork of Trello boards, Google Sheets, Slack messages, and manual forms to schedule referees and fulfill prizes.
