Problem
Disconnected Workflows and Limited Visibility Hinder Campaign Execution
A leading smart home brand struggled to coordinate cross-functional marketing workflows. Different departments used separate tools—primarily Airtable and Excel—leading to duplicated efforts and misaligned planning. With commercial campaigns often spanning just a few weeks, brief collection, task assignment, and workload visibility became major challenges.
The Markeing Project Manager’s teams in graphics and translation relied on manual processes and loosely integrated systems to coordinate deliverables. The Digital Marketing Lead faced similar issues on the campaign side, working through spreadsheets and incomplete briefs, making real-time tracking and ownership difficult. Both recognized the need for a centralized solution that could support structured planning, workload forecasting, and campaign management.

SmartSuite Unifies Campaign Management with Structured Collaboration
Smart Home Tech – EU deployed SmartSuite to centralize marketing campaign execution and improve visibility across stakeholders. Teams adopted linked solutions to manage tasks, campaigns, and assets, enabling structured relationships between briefs, deliverables, and owners.
SmartSuite’s automation engine helped reduce manual setup, allowing recurring projects like commercial campaigns to auto-generate tasks and deadlines. Dashboards were customized by team, with views that showed individual workloads, campaign overlap, and priority status. Workload and calendar views supported long-term planning across busy campaign seasons.
The Airtable migration tool accelerated adoption by importing existing structures and data, while SmartSuite’s granular permissions allowed separate teams to collaborate without compromising data control. As a result, five internal teams began using a unified platform to manage end-to-end campaign planning.
