Built right into SmartSuite, the Help Center modal connects you to available support channels so you can get answers and help with limited interruptions to your workflow. Search help guides, submit feedback, send us a message and check the platform’s status.
Sometimes it’s just better to connect with someone to get the answer you need — we get that. Chat in real-time with our support team when we’re online, or send us a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Can’t find what you’re looking for? Need to report an issue? We’ve got you. Submit a ticket and our team will quickly get to work on getting you back to work. You’ll have access to all existing tickets in our system (not just your accounts), and you can upvote tickets to increase their priority, add your own comments and check updates on our progress. Try to find another platform with this level of transparency...we’ll wait.

Whether things are humming along, there’s scheduled maintenance or a report of an incident, the Status area of the Help Center modal will notify you of the state of the environment. Here, you can view uptime reports and past incidents. You’re also able to subscribe to these updates via email, Slack or an Atom or RSS feed.
