Integrated Support Center
Built right into SmartSuite, the Help Center modal connects you to available support channels so you can get answers and help with limited interruptions to your workflow. Search help guides, submit feedback, send us a message and check the platform’s status.
Real Time Chat
Sometimes it’s just better to connect with someone to get the answer you need — we get that. Chat in real-time with our support team when we’re online, or send us a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Open a Ticket
If you're encountering a bug on the platform, you can create a bug ticket directly from the blue messenger icon on the bottom right of any SmartSuite page. Once your ticket is submitted, our dedicated team will promptly begin addressing the problem. You will receive regular email notifications with status updates, keeping you informed about the progress of your reported issue. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us maintain a seamless user experience. We appreciate your cooperation in improving our platform.

Real-Time Status Reporting
Whether things are humming along, there’s scheduled maintenance or a report of an incident, the Status area of the Help Center modal will notify you of the state of the environment. Here, you can view uptime reports and past incidents. You’re also able to subscribe to these updates via email, Slack or an Atom or RSS feed.
