What Is Asset Library?
Asset Library is a SmartSuite capability that centralizes reusable images and resources for consistency across your Workspace. It gives Administrators and Solution Creators one place to manage Brand Images, Solution Images, and Unsplash stock photography—surfaced wherever images are used, from Dashboard widgets to Forms and Workspace logos. Asset Library is available on all SmartSuite plans and pairs naturally with Dashboards.

Assets come from three sources: Brand Images, uploaded at the Workspace level and managed by Administrators for use by every Member; Solution Images, scoped to a specific Solution with indicators showing where each one is used; and Unsplash, a searchable stock-photography catalog.
Deleting a Brand Image doesn't break the places it's already used, so the library stays tidy without breaking Dashboards.
