Workspace Branding — Make SmartSuite Look Like Your Organization
Apply your logo, favicon, color theme, and a custom welcome banner across the workspace—so every member works in an environment that carries your identity, not a generic tool.
What Is Workspace Branding?
Workspace Branding is a SmartSuite capability that lets Workspace Administrators apply an organization's visual identity—logo, favicon, primary and accent colors, and a header banner—across the workspace and Homepage. It helps organizations give members and invited collaborators an on-brand environment from first login. Branding controls are available on all plan types and are managed by Administrators.
Logo & Favicon
Upload Your Logo Once, See It Everywhere
Upload a workspace logo—JPEG, PNG, GIF, or BMP up to 20 MB—from your device, a URL, or cloud storage, crop it in place, and it displays throughout the workspace. A matching favicon carries your identity into the browser tab.
Colors & Banners
Set Brand Colors and a Personalized Banner
Choose primary and accent colors for the workspace theme, then configure the Homepage header banner: keep the default color-based banner or build a custom one with an uploaded image, adjustable height and positioning, an optional description, and a dynamic greeting that welcomes each member by first name.
A live preview shows every change as you make it—adjust until it's right, then apply.
Governed Rollout
Apply Branding Instantly, Under Admin Control
Only Workspace Administrators manage branding, and changes apply live to all members the moment they are saved—no per-user setup, no drift between teams. On the Signature plan, branding extends further with a custom branded home page and footer customization for workspace-wide announcements and links.
Workspace Branding
Branding turns a shared workspace into recognizable ground—members, business units, and auditors know whose environment they are in the moment they log in.
GRC advisory firms brand each client workspace with the client's logo and colors, so external stakeholders reviewing controls and evidence immediately recognize whose environment they are in.
Apply company branding so employees reading policies and completing attestations experience the workspace as part of the company—not a third-party tool bolted on.
A compliance team brands the GRC workspace with corporate identity and a first-name welcome banner—raising day-one trust and adoption across business units contributing evidence.
Combine Workspace Branding with the Homepage—Categories and layouts organize the work while your logo, colors, and banner make it unmistakably yours.
