It helps every individual shape their own daily entry point without affecting teammates—personal preferences persist per member, while shared workspace settings stay under Admin control.

The Favorites and Recently Accessed tabs give each member a personal shortcut layer above the shared Solution grid. Starring a Solution pins it to a My Favorites section at the top of the Homepage, and Recently Accessed brings back whatever you touched last.
